Had my car door, windshield and battery replaced with CP. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up Craig and Matt were great! I was constantly communicated with and they made the process extremely easy plus my car looks great! Would recommend to anyone!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I cannot say enough good things about CP Concepts! I chose them because they’re a Hyundai-certified repair shop, and D’Arcy Hyundai trusts them — so I figured I was in good hands. And wow, was I right. Craig, the owner, is an absolute gem. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and kind — the kind of person you can tell genuinely wants the best for his customers. From the moment I walked in with my poor, rear-ended brand new Santa Fe (my first new car ever — my heart was in pieces), they took care of everything. They worked directly with the insurance company and the rental car folks, so I didn’t have to spend hours on hold. They kept me updated at every step of the repair process — no wondering, no chasing them down for updates. As for the repairs? Beautiful. Truly impeccable work. You’d never know anything happened — it’s like my Santa Fe got a spa day and came out even more gorgeous. I honestly hope I never need body work again (knocking on ALL the wood), but if I do, I will absolutely go back to CP Concepts. They’re meticulous, organized, and most importantly, good-hearted people. Trust them — not just because they’re certified, but because of who they show you th

I recently had the pleasure of working with Craig and Tony from CP Concepts, and I cannot speak highly enough of their exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with professionalism and warmth, immediately putting my worries at ease. They assessed the damage to my vehicle and provided a clear, honest estimate. Throughout the repair, they kept me updated on progress and were always available to answer any questions. The quality of their work definitely exceeded my expectations; my car looked as good as new when I picked it up. What truly stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction and their attention to detail. I highly recommend CP Concepts for anyone needing collision repair. In my opinion, this is one of the best places to go in joliet for collision repair.

My mini-van sliding door fell completely off the hinge and the track broke into pieces. I reached out to several body shops and no one was willing to help me, I was loosing hope that the problem could be fixed. That was until CP Concepts took on the burden, providing outstanding body work, completely replacing the track on the door and making it operational again. They also restored my clouded headlights to 100% visibility with extensive detailing, as well as a few other repairs. Tremendous customer service and trustworthy mechanical repair!

We couldn't have been more pleased with Craig and his staff. They took the time to get us the best prices on our parts and completed the work in a timely fashion. Everything looked good as new and the color matched perfectly! Will gladly use them again if the need arises.
